I just wanted to thank you for the job you have done at my new house. I am very happy with the timely service and communication that your company has provided through the whole process of my house being built by Greg Gerlach (you have been a good asset to his team). I had to call one time for someone to review how one of the garage doors was sealing and you were very quick to get it fixed. Having a quality seal around the whole door has been my most important objective.
I might have had too high of expectations, but you currently have met them. During the latest wind and snow over the last week, the first test has been passed as I do not think any snow made it into the garage.
